Good product as expected but i wish it was more comfortable add extra cotton padding to the middle balloon layer

Super. Relieves tension in the back of the head. If you pump up a lot, then the upper vertebrae on my back stretch and it becomes easier for me to breathe in my chest. The head ceases to hurt and spin. It takes me 2-3 minutes. Mom uses 15 minutes. I'm happy. It's a good thing.
